System Description
A specialized web application designed for storing and archiving logistical and customs service data. The system aims to manage bank accounts, register customs declarations, and track various services provided to clients across the (Ghuwaifat - Al Batha) border crossings between the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It also allows for the customization of fees based on organizational needs.

1. Dashboard
An intelligent and comprehensive interface for real-time workflow monitoring, including:
- Account Balances: Instant display of treasury and bank balances in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and UAE Dirham (AED).
- Operations Statistics: A quick summary of Saudi customs declarations, services, and recorded expenses.
- Data Visualization: Visual analysis of financial transaction volumes and distribution over the last 14 days.
- Transaction Log: An organized list of recent financial movements, including amounts, dates, and references.
- Time Control: Ability to filter data by day or custom date ranges for easy information access.
2. Saudi Customs Data Management
Registration of customs declarations for Saudi-bound shipments, linking them to the responsible Saudi office, with the ability to define how the system handles the financial processing of related fees.
3. Service Management
Management of services provided to drivers, such as cross-border customs transactions. Includes fee customization per service and financial integration settings.
4. Expense Management
Recording organizational expenses (such as operational costs), with the ability to categorize each expense type to streamline financial organization.
5. Reporting
Generating detailed reports on customs data, services, and expenses. Reports can be customized using specific identifiers to retrieve precise information.
6. System Settings
User account management: creating employee logins and defining permissions. Manually updating account balances, managing currencies, and monitoring financial logs.

تطبيق ويب متخصص لأرشفة وإدارة البيانات اللوجستية والجمركية. يهدف النظام إلى تنظيم الحسابات البنكية، تسجيل البيانات الجمركية، وتتبع الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء عبر منفذي (الغويفات - البطحاء) بين الإمارات والسعودية، مع مرونة كاملة في تخصيص الرسوم المالية.

الوصف والميزات:
1. لوحة المراقبة (Dashboard)
واجهة ذكية وشاملة لمتابعة سير العمل لحظياً، وتتضمن:
- أرصدة الحسابات: عرض فوري لمبالغ الخزينة والبنوك بالريال السعودي والدرهم الإماراتي.
- إحصائيات العمليات: ملخص سريع لعدد البيانات السعودية، الخدمات، والمصاريف المسجلة.
- الرسوم البيانية: تحليل بصري لحجم المعاملات المالية وتوزيعها خلال آخر 14 يومًا.
- سجل الحركات: قائمة بآخر العمليات المالية وتفاصيل المبالغ والتواريخ بشكل منظم.
- التحكم الزمني: فلترة البيانات حسب اليوم أو التاريخ لسهولة الوصول للمعلومة.
2. إدارة البيانات الجمركية السعودية
تسجيل البيانات الجمركية للشحنات المتجهة إلى السعودية وربطها بالمكاتب المسؤولة، مع تحديد آلية التعامل المالي لكل رسوم جمركية.
3. إدارة الخدمات
تنظيم الخدمات المقدمة للسائقين (المعاملات الحدودية)، وتخصيص الرسوم لكل خدمة وتحديد كيفية معالجتها مالياً في النظام.
4. إدارة المصاريف
توثيق المصاريف التشغيلية للمؤسسة وتصنيفها لتسهيل التنظيم المالي والمراقبة الدقيقة للنفقات.
5. التقارير
استخراج تقارير مفصلة حول البيانات الجمركية والخدمات والمصاريف، مع إمكانية البحث المتقدم باستخدام معرفات محددة.
6. إعدادات النظام
إدارة المستخدمين وصلاحيات الموظفين، تحديث الأرصدة يدوياً، تسجيل العملات، ومتابعة سجلات النظام المالية والتقنية.
