Yaqoot Market (Archived Project)

Yaqoot Market was a full-scale multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace designed to provide businesses and individual merchants with a complete platform for selling products online through independent storefronts managed from a centralized system.

The project focused on building a modern, scalable architecture capable of supporting multiple sellers, product catalogs, customer accounts, order management, and administrative operations within a single platform.

Project Status

Archived (Development Paused)

The project was paused before the official launch due to the lack of the necessary logistical capabilities, operational resources, and financial support required to successfully launch and scale a marketplace platform.

Yaqoot Market was a significant technical and investment experience, requiring considerable development time and resources. The project resulted in a financial loss of approximately 600 AED (around 160 USD) due to development expenses and related service costs before the decision to archive it.

Although the platform was never commercially launched, it provided valuable hands-on experience in designing and developing large-scale applications, multi-vendor e-commerce systems, scalable Laravel and React architectures, and complex business workflows.
